This highly compact diode laser features the combination of two wavelengths,980 nm and 1470 nm offering a variety of tissue interactions. Each wavelength can be individually selected or blended together to offer the perfect desired tissue effects such as incision, excision, vaporization, hemostasis and coagulation of soft tissue with contact or non-contact delivery options for open and endoscopic procedures. For the first time the clinicians can perform laser surgery selectively, with settings individually tailored to the tissue type and the desired tissue effects and thus corresponding to the therapeutic needs.
Hemorrhoid Laser Procedure - for hemorrhoids
A painless outpatient technique for treating 2nd degree hemorrhoids with a slight prolapse using our exclusive equipment and technology: The Proctoscope is designed for easy passage into the anal canal and provided with a channel to guide the disposable Doppler probe, which allows for identifying the branches of the superior hemorrhoidal arteries above the dentate line.
This technique is safe and causes minimal pain or discomfort to the patient. Post operative recovery is faster than alternative approaches, with only few complications. Anesthesia or analgesia are generally no longer required what greatly reduces complications, whilst simplifying the procedure and making the treatment safer, faster and completely outpatient with minimal or no pain postoperatively for the patient, showing excellent immediate and long term results.
Laser Hemorrhoido Plasty - for hemorrhoids
980+1470nm is used as a gentle therapy for advanced hemorrhoids under appropriate anesthesia and allows interstitial laser coagulation of both segmental and circular hemorrhoidal nodes. As the energy of the laser is inserted centrally into the hemorrhoidal node, the hemorrhoid can be treated according to its size without causing any damage to the anoderm or mucosa. No foreign materials (clamps) are needed, and is not associated with any risk of stenosis. Healing is excellent because, unlike conventional surgeries, there are no incisions or sutures.
Hemorrhoids are usually classified into four grades to assess their severity:
Grade I : Mild hemorrhoids, usually with no obvious symptoms, but there may be a small amount of bleeding during bowel movements. The hemorrhoids (the protruding part of the hemorrhoids) are located inside the anus.
Grade II : Moderate hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids may prolapse during bowel movements but return to the anus on their own. Patients may experience itching or a foreign body sensation.
Grade III : More severe hemorrhoids, hemorrhoids prolapse during bowel movements and cannot be automatically retracted, and need to be manually pushed back into the anus. Hemorrhoids at this stage may cause pain and discomfort.
Grade IV : Severe hemorrhoids, hemorrhoids prolapse outside the anus for a long time and cannot be reduced manually, which may be accompanied by severe pain, bleeding and risk of infection.
Advantages Of 980nm +1470nm Diode Laser For Hemorrhoids, Fistula Treatment:,
- Average operative time is less than conventional surgical procedures.
- Intraoperative as well as postoperative bleeding is significantly less.
- Postoperative pain is considerably less.
- Good and rapid healing of operated area with minimal inflammation.
- Quicker recovery and early return to normal lifestyle.
- Many procedures can be done under local or regional anesthesia.
- Complication rate is much less.
Under local anesthesia or general anesthesia, laser energy is delivered by radial fiber directly to hemorrhoidal nodes. The laser energy will destroy hemorrhoidal nodes from the inside, and this will help to protect mucosa and sphincter structure with high accuracy.
Laser beam stops the blood supply nourishing the abnormal growth. The laser energy causes tissue destruction and simultaneously obliterates the piles by shrinkage.
The advantage of using laser compared to conventional surgery is that fibrotic reconstruction makes new connective tissue, which assures that the mucosa adheres to the underlying tissue. This also limits the occurrence or recurrence of a prolapsed.
GMS Laser is a light weight and portable laser machines used to perform various surgeries quickly and effectively.

Unlike other methods, hemorrhoidoplasty does not require any foreign materials, e.g. rubber bands, staples, threads. It does not require any incisions and sewing. There is no risk of stenosis. The surgery and recovery time is shortened. Patients are not at risk of post-operative pain and can quickly return to their normal activities.
* Almost pain-free
* Daycare / 1 night stay
* Mucosa and sphincter structure fully intact -no risk of stenosis / incontinence
* No open wound, no incision/cut - less risk of infection
* No foreign clamping mechanism - no risk of vaginal mucosa being pulled in
* Procedure can be repeated or can combine with other procedure / hybrid method.
Advantages
1. Maximum reliability, minimal side effects
2. 980 1470 are the most reliable equipment sof the market for laser assisted liposuction. They provide good absorption by adipose tissue and H2O, less swelling and fewer side effects as edema or pain.
3. Less bruising will appear as laser coagulates small vessels immediately.
4. Perfect treatment control while seeing the amount of energy in W.
5. Atraumatic and very fine cannulas: incisions are very small.
6. Effective minimally invasive alternative
7.Patients may experience quicker healing and less recovery time, reducing the required time for follow-up in the office. Laser contouring is a great option for patients who desire lower face and neck revitalization without the downtime of a face lift

FAQ:
1.Can laser remove hemorrhoids?
Hemorrhoid laser procedure (LHP) is a new laser procedure for outpatient treatment of hemorrhoids in which hemorrhoidal arterial flow feeding the hemorrhoidal plexus is stopped by laser coagulation.
2.What is the recovery time for hemorrhoid laser surgery?
The procedures are usually 6 to 8 weeks apart. The recovery time for surgical procedures that remove hemorrhoids varies. It can take 1 to 3 weeks to make a full recovery.
3.Is laser hemorrhoid removal painful?
Surgery is not recommended for small internal hemorrhoids (unless you also have large internal hemorrhoids or internal and external hemorrhoids). Lasers are often advertised as being a less painful, faster-healing method of removing hemorrhoids.
